ICE-WATER TANK – CENTER FOR MILK COLLECTING - KOCELJEVA DAIRY

In Center for milk collecting “Imlek” in Koceljeva in the vicinity of Valjevo in January 2001. it has been putted into operation refrigerating installation with ice-water tank.

Three independent installations (two smaller and two bigger), cca 44 m 3 ensure cooling of 60t of milk from temperature 25˚C down to 4˚C, in the period of 4 hours during which milk is collecting. Freon R22 was used as refrigerant.
