In next few years our milk industry will demand repairing and rebuilding of existing capacities of milk-coolers. This is very important to small entrepreneurs (producers) who cooperate with big milk producers.

MASTER FRIGO is aware of that market demand and that’s why we invested in import of products for milk-cooling industry, especially milk –coolers for quick milk cooling, right after milking process.
Our company has very good cooperation with leading Italian Company FIC in the field of standard milk-coolers capacities of 200, 300, 550 and 1000 Liters. Beside this standard program we can offer you any particular milk-cooler for your personal needs (for example milk-cooler with bigger capacities up to 1 600 Lit.) as well as big milk-coolers capacities from (2 500-5 000 Lit.) with automatic washing system. All of milk-coolers are produced accordingly.

MANUFACTURE:
- Inner tank and outer casing made of AISI 304 stainless steel
- Total primary surface Trapcold (registrated trademark) evaporator with maximum yield
- Very thick insulation by means of non-polluting polyurethane foam.
- Inner trap for emptying
- DN50 threaded outlet connector with plug
- Stainless steel measuring stick for the measurement of milk-level

COOLING SYSTEM:
- Non-icing cooling even with low filling level
- Direct expansion
- R404A refrigerating fluid for all models
- It complies with ISO 5708 class BII

ELECTRIC SYSTEM:
-Computerized FIPO 3 milk-controller system for the management of all the operations:
- milk temperature check
- digital temperature display
- stirring program
- programmed start-up of the cooling system (430-32000 Lit.)
- automatic washing program (2000-32000 Lit.)
-Electrical feeding cables with standardized plug (male)
230 V 50HZ single-phase feeding.
-400 three-phase agitators
